About
I’m a full-stack developer and freelance digital illustrator who thrives at the intersection of logic and creativity. Whether I'm architecting live-scoring systems like Animolympics using Next.js and FastAPI, or designing modular character assets for game jams, I focus on building tools that function beautifully.
Beyond the code, my background in project management and data science allows me to untangle everything from complex institutional databases to global macroeconomic trends. Ultimately, my goal is to craft digital experiences that are as technically robust as they are visually engaging.

Irrigation Prediction | RF, LightGBM, Optuna
A submission to the Prediction Irrigation playground competition. This notebook used end-to-end process pipeline which utilizes data cleaning, feature engineering, feature selection using Random Forest, model creation using LightGBM, and hyperparameter tuning using Optuna.
Gold, Oil, and the Peso: A Macro-Economic EDA
At first glance, the global price of gold and the cost of crude oil seem entirely detached from everyday life. However, these massive macroeconomic indicators trickle down into local economies in profound ways. This project takes two foundational global assets—Gold (a "safe haven" store of value) and Crude Oil (the ultimate "growth and energy" metric)—and runs them through a localized lens using the Philippine Peso (PHP) exchange rate.

Building Outside the Box: How a Web Developer Managed a Hardware Prototype
Mar 7, 2026I joined Green Module Systems as a web developer. The scope seemed straightforward — build interfaces, write frontend logic, maybe touch some backend APIs if the project called for it. What I didn't expect was being handed a Reverse Vending Machine prototype to build. Not a web simulation of one. An actual, physical machine with a camera, sensors, a thermal printer, and a computer vision model that had to work in the real world. Even less expected was the fact that I'd step up to manage it.
Project Management/LeadershipFrom the Sidelines to the System: Building the Animolympics Live Results Platform
Feb 17, 2026Photo by: University Student Government | Motivated by the friction of delayed event standings, I self-initiated the development of a real-time web leaderboard for the University of St. La Salle’s largest sports event. While the technical execution—a mobile-first system with a secure admin CRUD panel—was a success, the project's true value lay in the post-mortem. This reflection explores the gap between building a functional tool and achieving institutional adoption, offering an honest look at stakeholder alignment, "on-the-fly" live deployment fixes, and the evolution from a display tool to an operational backbone.
Web/Mobile ApplicationMore Than a Title: A Journey of Becoming
Feb 17, 2026Photos by Computer Science Society | From a quiet realization on a bus ride to leading the Computer Science Society through a year of "firsts," my term as Executive President was defined by unexpected growth. This is a reflection on navigating the resistance of leadership—from administrative hurdles to the success of our university’s first-ever Game Jam—and the lessons learned in cultivating a community rather than just managing an organization.

Sagup Negros Website UI Concept
Food waste mitigation initiatives often struggle to communicate their impact and coordinate resources through fragmented digital channels. I designed a website UI concept for Sagup Negros to centralize their mission and streamline community engagement. This prototype focuses on an intuitive user journey that balances educational content with actionable ways for users to contribute to local food sustainability.

Cocotel Website Revamp
The original Cocotel website featured a dated interface that struggled to reflect the brand’s evolving identity and meet modern user expectations. I developed a modernized UI prototype that prioritizes intuitive navigation and sleek visual storytelling to enhance the digital guest experience. This project aligns the platform with current industry standards, ensuring a seamless and engaging interface for a broader audience.

PharmaFetch UI Design
Standard delivery interfaces can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate for users with diverse physical or cognitive needs. I designed PharmaFetch, a UI/UX prototype that prioritizes accessibility to simplify the process of ordering and delivering essential medicines. This project demonstrates how inclusive design can remove digital barriers, ensuring a seamless and reliable experience for all users.
